Cancellation Policy

Standard Rate:

More than 1 day before check-in: FREE CANCELLATION (payment gateway charges will be deducted)
1 day before check-in: 1-night cost will be charged as a cancellation fee
No show: Entire booking cost will be charged — no refund

Non-Refundable Rate:

No free cancellation or rebooking is possible
In case of cancellation, the total amount of the reservation will be charged

Refund Policy

When you cancel a booking and are entitled to a refund, we will process the refund promptly. Bank processing may take 2–4 weeks to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank's billing cycle and processing time.

The refund amount depends on factors including the cancellation policy applicable to your booking, time of cancellation, and any applicable processing fees. Please refer to the cancellation policy above for details.
