The following Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made at Akshaya Comforts. Please read them carefully prior to making a booking.
"Company" or "we" means Akshaya Comforts, whose registered address is 54-16-4, Near Nikitha Hospital, Seethammadhara Junction, Visakhapatnam — 530013, Andhra Pradesh, India.
"Booking" means the booking for accommodation and/or any other services made with us. "Contract" means the Booking and these Terms. "Hotel" means Akshaya Comforts. "Terms" means these terms and conditions. "Website" means akshayacomforts.hotelakshaya.in.
All bookings at Akshaya Comforts are subject to these Terms. At the time of booking or check-in, we may take your credit/debit card details. No booking shall be confirmed until payment or deposit details have been provided.
All displayed prices are per room per night and include 5% GST unless otherwise stated. Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). AC and Non-AC tariffs may vary. Hourly tariff rates are available on request.
Standard check-in time is 12:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Guests may be required to provide valid government-issued photo ID at check-in. Records may be disclosed to police or regulatory authorities as required by law. Late check-out is subject to availability and may be charged at an hourly rate at the hotel's discretion.
We accept cash and major credit/debit cards. At check-in, charges may be authorised against your card for the duration of your stay. All outstanding charges must be settled in full at check-out.

In rare circumstances, Akshaya Comforts may need to cancel a confirmed booking. In such cases, a full refund will be issued and we will make every reasonable effort to arrange alternative accommodation of similar standard.
We reserve the right to charge your card for any damage to the room or hotel property during your stay, including specialist cleaning or missing items.
On-site parking is available subject to availability. Vehicles and their contents are left at the owner's own risk. Akshaya Comforts does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to vehicles.
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times. We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or remove guests whose behaviour is disruptive, offensive, or in breach of hotel policy. No refund will be provided in such cases.
Smoking is strictly not permitted in any room or public area of the hotel. Violations may result in additional cleaning charges.
All children must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times. Extra beds/cots are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
Pets are not permitted at Akshaya Comforts.
Akshaya Comforts accepts no liability where performance is prevented by flood, fire, natural disaster, acts of terrorism, extreme weather, utility failure, or any other circumstance beyond our reasonable control.
Akshaya Comforts is not responsible for loss or damage of personal property left in the hotel. Our total liability shall not exceed the value of charges paid under the booking. Nothing shall exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
All disputes shall be referred to arbitration at Visakhapatnam in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.
